Tortuguero Info has been promoting the Tortuguero National Park destination since 2002.

RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be made in writing by EMAIL to tours@tortugueroinfo.com

PAYMENTS

All reservations will be confirmed 100% upon receipt of the guarantee deposit, which has the function of guaranteeing that it is a real reservation and that there is a commitment from the client.

The balance can be paid by CREDIT CARD link once the deposit has been made.

All reservations made are confirmed, making it impossible for other clients to sell or reserve for the requested date.

CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES

HIGH SEASON: The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE during HIGH SEASON ( July to Octobre and December to April ) but we can honor the downpayment up to 24 months after booking.

LOW SEASON : The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the start of the tour.

The balance is refundable if cancelled 15 days prior to the tour date, prior to being paid in full .

Management may authorize a credit note valid for 24 months on the amount of the deposit.

IMPORTANT

- Our company is only an intermediary with great knowledge of Tortuguero, therefore, our job is to book the service with the hotels at favorable prices.

- We are not responsible for any accident, damage or harm that may happen, and it is the responsibility of each client to investigate the hotel's liability insurance.

- In the case of private transfers to Tortuguero, from La Pavona or Cano Blanco, we are not responsible for any damage, injury or accident that may occur.
